What better way to wrap up National Scrapbooking Month than to give our readers a free scrapbook pattern?  This pattern originally debuted with our Moon Doggie papers, but we decided to pair it with our National Scrapbooking Month  Live Beautifully paper packet  and  stamp set —and we love the finished look! It goes to show how scrapbook patterns are truly timeless. Though the photo sizes on this pattern are not standard, you could easily replace the 5 ½” x 8″ photo on the left page with a matted 5″ x 7″. For the 4″ x 2 ½” photos on the right page, it is easy to trim ½” off of a 4″ x 3″ to fit the space. Hey ya'll, I just finished another adorable card making kit.  This kit features the Prickly Pear line that just came out at the beginning of the month.  It has a cacti and Southwest theme and it is KA-UTE!! I just wanted to give a quick shout out to one of my most favorite tools. ❤️ I was beyond thrilled when Close to My Heart starting making thin cuts to accompany their stamp sets.💘  I had a small, old die-cut machine from the beginning of time but I thought I better upgrade to a newer version because I just KNEW I would have to get all these thin cuts that I would be in love with.  I bought one of the name brand name die cut machines and let me tell you it is marvelous.  Over the last few months what I have noticed, however, is that I have been solely using my small, older version.  Why you ask?! 😳 It is smaller and fits right under my scrapbooking desk.  I don't have a lot of room to set out a big machine. (My scrapbook area is a decent size but of course it is FULL of supplies)  The smaller machine that I consistently use is the Cricut Cuttlebug machine.  It is small but works just perfectly for small and medium size die cuts and embossing folders.  It fits nicely under my desk

I finally finished one of my projects from the Seasonal Expressions 2 Launch!!  I know, that was forever ago.  It has been a little crazy around here to say the least.  I HAD to take a few minutes, for my sanity, to do a little scrappin'. A few weeks ago I created my Mother's Day cards.  I made super cute peek-a-boo cards with the Live Beautifully line that debuted for National Papercrafting month.  I wanted to share because they turned out really cute and they could be used for any number of occasions! :) You will need a paper trimmer, white daisy cardstock, Live Beautifully paper pack, Live Beautifully stamp set, and adhesive. First cut a sheet of 12x12 white daisy cardstock down to 5.25x11.25.   Score the paper at 4 inches and 8 inches.  If you don't have a scoring tool just fold with your hands. Cut the other scrap down to 5.25x7. Score this piece at 3.5. Here are both scored pieces. Place your smaller piece on the cutter longways. Place the right side edge at the 1/2 mark on your cutter.  Then slide it two tick marks to the right.  This is the 5/8 mark.   Close the top piece to your cutter. Place your blade at the 5 inch mark and cut down from there. Open your lid and flip t
